Year 2022!

As 2022 comes to a close. I want to take the opportunity to thank:

• All of our staff who have worked tirelessly in 2022
• Our physicians, some we said goodbye to, and a few more we said hello!
• The over 40+ future providers we have had the pleasure to mentor this year
• Our IHP providers who have pivoted to support our patients and the team
• My leadership team who go above and beyond to keep SETFHT operational
• Our volunteer board of directors that supports our team and governs the FHT
• Our community partners for all the collaboration in 2022 as we respond to the need for primary care in the east

And you, our community and patients.
